Photo Sales Terms & Conditions

At Sasha Purser Photography, I want ordering your images and prints to be simple and transparent. By purchasing digital images, prints, or other photographic products, you agree to the following terms:

Payment

Full payment is required before any digital images, prints, or products are delivered or ordered.

Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP and may change at any time. The price confirmed at the time of purchase will apply to your order.

Digital Images

All digital images are sold for personal use only unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You are welcome to share your images on personal social media, and credit to Sasha Purser Photography is always appreciated.
Images must not be edited, filtered, altered, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Prints and Products

All prints and products are professionally produced using trusted suppliers.
Please note that colours may vary slightly between what you see on screen and the final printed product due to screen and print calibration differences.

Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times will be provided when you place your order. While every effort is made to meet these times, occasional delays may happen due to suppliers or postal services outside of my control.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Sasha Purser Photography is not responsible for delays once orders have been passed to the delivery provider.

Returns and Refunds

Because photographic products are custom made to order, all sales are final.
Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not offered on digital images, prints, or personalised products unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Sasha Purser Photography within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the issue so it can be reviewed and resolved.

Copyright and Image Use

All images remain the copyright of Sasha Purser Photography. Purchasing images or prints does not transfer copyright ownership.
Images may not be copied, scanned, screenshotted, reproduced, resold, or used for commercial or promotional purposes without written permission.

Promotional Use

Unless agreed otherwise in writing before purchase, Sasha Purser Photography may use images for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes.

Liability

In the unlikely event of an issue, liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
